BZ International Trade LLC, also known as BZ Trades, presents delivery within business days throughout the USA, except to residential addresses.

BZ Trades presents several shipping options for regular and LTL (Less-Truck-Load) packages.

Additionally, our valued customers can also choose our Local Pickup option for directly picking up orders from our warehouse.

ou can easily choose Local Pickup from the shipping options on the checkout page and then select the desired date on which you would like to come and pick up your order from our warehouse address stated under the same section. Kindly note that our working hours are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EST) from Monday to Friday.

We have an average lead time of 5 business days for in-stock products.
On the other hand, the average lead time for backorders is 90 business days, but for some products, such as forklifts, depending on the production process would take even longer.

By choosing the Affirm payment method, you can select an installment option based on your convenience.
BZ Trades provides 0.00% APR interest for up to 6-month installments based on product/price.

After you follow the steps on the Affirm payment method, the system will immediately notify you whether you are eligible.
Affirm asks new users for just a few pieces of basic information, and then the approval decision only takes 10–12 seconds.
If you require financing above $25,000, please email us at info@bztrades.com. Eligibility status for amounts higher than $25,000 may take a longer time.

Affirm payment method approves loans from $50 to $25,000, and large amounts may require a down payment. Loan limits vary and will depend on your credit record and payment history with Affirm.

On the product page, product prices exclude tax and shipping fees.
Please proceed to the checkout page and enter your shipping address to see available delivery options and charges. Then, kindly select one of the desired delivery options to see the total applicable tax and the grand payable amount to complete your purchase.

Any claims must be submitted within 8 days from the date of delivery. No returns will be accepted after 8 days from the date of delivery.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30%, based on condition and SKU.
Returns will not be accepted without prior consent. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be requested by emailing info@bztrades.com.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless an error has been made.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Kindly note that used products cannot be returned.
